Accessibility

When we say ALL IN, we mean everyone

We are committed to providing an accessible environment and experience at BbT. Below are frequently asked questions regarding the event venue, Hilton Anatole, and accessibility throughout its guest rooms, common spaces, meeting rooms, and ballrooms. We have also addressed questions about dietary restrictions. If you have questions that are not answered in the FAQ, or have a special request, please reach out to us at conference@blackboard.com. We will work with you to make the conference as accessible as possible.

Please note that some accommodations take several weeks to arrange. Please submit accessibility or dietary requests via your registration form no later than May 22, 2026 to allow ample time to coordinate. After this date, we will work with you to find the best solution possible in the time that remains.
