Cancellation policy
Cancellations received on or before June 1, 2026, in accordance with this Cancellation Policy will be eligible for a refund of the Conference Fee, less 30% of the amount paid due to a Processing Fee (“Processing Fee”). Any cancellations received after June 1, 2026, are not eligible for a refund of any Conference Fees. Cancellations must be submitted via email to conference@blackboard.com. Phone cancellations are not accepted. There are no exceptions to this Cancellation Policy.
Refunds will be provided based on the type of payment received for the Conference Fee; credit card refunds will be processed within approximately five (5) business days. Blackboard reserves the right to modify or cancel any Event-related program at any time and assumes no responsibility for any personal expenses incurred by any Attendee in connection with such modification or cancellation.
